I bought a car from High-Line just today, and I cannot express in words just how helpful and kind they all were. Rocky primarily helped us, from the moment we stepped on the lot, all the way to us driving away with the car. Getting this car was a stressful enough experience in itself after my old car got totaled in an accident, and Rocky’s warmth and knowledge helped take a huge weight off of my shoulders. The Best Experience Ever buying a vehicle. More importantly I bought the vehicle from another state, Massachusetts and I live in New Jersey, because this vehicle had every option that I was looking for. The sales staff communicated with me every step of the way via video, text, telephone, emails and photos. The vehicle was delivered to my front door in perfect condition without any problems. I just bought a vehicle from the Highline group this past week. I’ve been looking for this particular car and it’s been hard to find and they happened to have one. I have had a variety of experiences with used car dealerships so I was a little apprehensive when I called them over the local dealer. I was very pleasantly surprised through my whole experience of purchasing this car. Everyone was great throughout the entire process, I highly recommend purchasing a car from them if you’re in the market.

Awesome experience very fair trade in value for my car nothing but extreme service very professorial. True car experts that appreciate value. Traded my 2017 Mustang GT and got an 05 Corvette they took care of everything and were more than fair out did my expectations I recommend anyone That loves cars to come here and I will come only here for all my future purchases.

I just want to explain that these reviews do not reflect 1% of this dealership reputation. I am writing a review for the second time but this time I will not be deleting it upon your request. My father had bought a vehicle from your dealership almost 6 weeks ago. I am the one who referred him and submitted his CC app. After he closed the deal with this dealership, the engine stopped working on the first day he brought it home. He brought it back and they stopped answering my calls and his calls. They used the fact that English isn’t his first language but they forgot that I am the one who’s handling everything for him. They are treating him in a discriminatory manner. Once they received their money, they stopped communicating with us. He went there over 6-7 times and the car yet still didn’t get fixed. We could legally and respectfully sue you for this behavior because you have no respect for people time, money and experience. I hope you understand that the bad experience is what we are going to remember as clients. I will ask you to kindly prevent calling and asking from us to remove the review because people deserve to know from where they should be purchasing a vehicle.

Had a great car buying / trading experience with Rocky. Unlike other dealers I went to, I wasn't put on a mailing list and getting calls 3 times per day. The Highline Group was truly no pressure, and very logical when it came to pricing and working to an agreement we were both comfortable with. 10/10 car buying experience, far superior to the dealerships I have worked with in the past. On pick up day, the car was freshly maintenanced and detailed inside and out. The final payment was simple and easy, and I couldn't thank the Highline Group more for being understanding with the hoops certain banks make you go through for wire transfers and cashiers checks. They even canceled my old plates, got me new ones, and had the car registered at pickup. All I had to do was swap my insurance! Thank you Rocky, and all those involved.. this was an awesome, stress free experience!!!
